About Me

Pursuing a Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Nevada, Reno, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. Starting a MS in Kinesiology in Fall 2023, with an expected completion date of May 2025. Graduate Researcher in the Neuromechanics Lab at the UNR, examining sports-related concussions. Received a B.S. in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of South Dakota in May of 2022. Experience in R-Studio and Microsoft Excel, learning the basics of EEGLAB and Octave.

USD recipient of a UDiscover Summer Scholar grant to perform faculty mentored neuroscience research, as well as the Leonard E. Arnaud Memorial Scholarship for demonstrating academic excellence among the University of South Dakota's international student community.

Member of the University of South Dakota Division I swimming and diving team from 2018-2022. Voted Team Captain for both the 2021-2022 and 2020-2021 seasons. Awarded "Hardest Worker" for the 2019-2020 season.

Member of the Metis Nation of the Rising Sun.

Designed and conducted a study on the effect of neurofeedback training on athletic performance (funded $750)
